We are growing and seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in data center, electrical, or controls construction who can lead complex projects while developing teams and strengthening execution standards.
Position SummaryThe Senior Project Manager (SPM) is a senior-level leadership role responsible for delivering complex BMS, EPMS, and electrical construction projects from award through commissioning, closeout, and turnover.
This role owns project scope, schedule, financial performance, quality, and client relationships while serving as a key escalation point between field operations and executive leadership.
Senior Project Managers at JSET do more than manage projects-they lead teams, strengthen field execution, manage risk, and represent JSET's standards with clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Financial LeadershipOwn the full project lifecycle from kickoff through commissioning, closeout, and warrantyDevelop and maintain project schedules with critical path awareness and labor forecastingManage budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and overall financial performanceLead contract review, buyout strategy, and subcontractor/vendor coordinationOversee RFIs, submittals, change management, time & material (T&M) tracking, and change ordersField Execution & QualityPartner with field leadership to align manpower planning, installation sequencing, and work plansSupport commissioning readiness, punch list closure, and turnover documentationVerify installation quality, safety compliance, and documentation standardsIdentify and mitigate project risks early to protect schedule, cost, and scopeDrive accountability and consistency across multiple active job sitesLeadership & Team DevelopmentProvide direct leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Project Managers, APMs, and EngineersConduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planningServe as an escalation point for project and field challengesPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, HR, Recruiting, and LogisticsClient & Stakeholder EngagementServe as a primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and commissioning teamsLead coordination meetings and provide clear, professional communicationProtect JSET's contractual and financial interests while maintaining strong partnershipsQualifications & ExperienceRequired7+ years of experience in electrical, controls, or mechanical construction project managementExperience delivering complex or mission-critical construction projects (data center strongly preferred)Strong understanding of construction scheduling, contract management, and change managementProven success managing project financials, labor forecasting, and cost controlAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and teamsComfortable working in fast-paced, industrial construction environments with regional travelThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Position: Low Voltage Technician
As a Low Voltage Technician at JSET, you will be responsible for executing complex low-voltage installations and ensuring systems are properly configured, tested, and commissioned. Key responsibilities include:
Installing and connecting low-voltage electrical systems, including wiring and cables for data, telecommunications, and control systems.Configuring systems based on blueprints, schematics, and other technical guides.Installing and terminating various types of control wiring, including CAT5/6, coaxial, and fiber optics.Installing electrical conduit, raceways, and enclosures, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.Troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of low-voltage systems to ensure optimal performance.Collaborating with other team members and trades to ensure successful project completion.Performing overhead work and operating lifts safely to install equipment and cables.What You Need to Succeed:
