    Job Description

    We are seeking Architecture students and graduates will be supervised by a registered architect and qualify for hours for the NCARB Architectural Experience Program (AXP). This internship will run from January 2026 to August 2026.

    As an Advisory Intern, you will work with a team of experts to analyze the numbers and provide unparalleled client service.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Experience development of standard documents to support future proposal development and presentations. Update as many Project Experience pages provided to match the new corporate standard. Participate in at least one actual proposal development process based on a new project pursuit. Analyzation: Compare Project Experience Pages against new corporate standard to identify information needed. Research: Seek the required data/information/stories needed through project files, online research, and interviewing team members, and update the Project Experience Pages. Development: Collaborate with project managers to collect and refine quantitative and qualitative data into easily readable content for the one-page Project Experience Pages, including development of copy and graphics. Initially, your supervisor will help develop a standard set of questions to use when interviewing Project Managers for content. Marketing Intern will be required to write some new copy for the new Project Experience Pages, which will then be reviewed by Supervisor for final inclusion. Reporting: Based on the master list of Project Experience pages provided, Marketing Intern will be responsible to track and report on Project Experience Page progress weekly to supervisor via a 30 minute virtual meeting and a written update. Other Duties as Assigned: Graphic support for other projects, if needed.
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:
    Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or an Engineering discipline such as Structural, Civil, Electrical, MEP etc. Proficient with Microsoft Office - Advanced skills preferred, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 0-4 years experience with engineering or construction firms, or a construction claim/dispute firm. Excellent communication, mathematical and organizational skills Strong investigating, problem solving, and analytical skills. Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., Adobe, InDesign, Word, Etc.) Willingness to seek and understand data/information/stories and turn them into content for use in marketing materials. Ability to find creative ways to tell an overall project story in a one-page format. We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment and is self-motivated.
    Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
    Must be able to work in person in our Indianapolis, IN office on a hybrid schedule.

    We are seeking a commercially driven and technically accomplished Senior Project Manager - Industrial Hygiene to join our Industrial Hygiene & the Built Environment team. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership role ideal for a professional with deep expertise in Industrial Hygiene, combined with a strong track record in client development, strategic growth, and market expansion.

    The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth and profitability of our Industrial Hygiene & the Build Environment practice across the region - delivering high-quality technical solutions, cultivating client relationships, and building a high-performing team to support long-term success.

    Strategic Leadership & Growth
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry network and market insight.Collaborate with executive leadership to shape service offerings, go-to-market strategies, and regional positioning.
    Client Development & Commercial Impact
    Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across sectors including real estate, insurance, legal, construction, industry, and public agencies.Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations to secure high-value projects.Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.Technical Oversight & Delivery

    Oversee and contribute to a wide range of EH&S projects, including:
    Industrial Hygiene assessments (e.g., asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and indoor air quality).Environmental investigations and property assessments.Exposure assessments, risk characterization, and mitigation planning.Ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction across all project phases.Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex environmental and health & safety initiatives.Develop and implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols to maintain high technical standards.Provide strategic guidance on emerging EH&S trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Collaborate with clients to define project goals, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and drive operational efficiency.
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Geology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) consulting, with a strong foundation in Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Remediation.Demonstrated success in developing client relationships, securing new business, and delivering profitable project outcomes.Proven ability to lead and grow teams, mentor staff, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.In-depth knowledge of California environmental regulations, including Cal/OSHA, DTSC, and RWQCB requirements.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Willingness to travel regionally to support client engagements and business development efforts.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Professional certifications such as CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), CAC (Certified Asbestos Consultant), or PG/PE (Professional Geologist/Engineer) are highly desirable.
