J&S Fire Protection is beginning to expand and is looking to hire an administrator for our growing Installation and repair division. The duties of this position will include Coordinating with customers and contractors form all trades to arrange and complete installation and repair of kitchen and fire alarm systems. This is an in-person position and will require a heavy focus on organization with phone and email responsibilities. This Job is open due to current Administrator moving into a more management-based role and will be able to full time train and help with training for this position.
Our company was established in 2015 and has experienced steady growth with a major focus on quality over quantity which we hope will continue with this position. We are looking for this position to be filled by someone who is a team player and wants to grow with us. We started out as a family company and still work hard to retain those values that made us successful. The interview process will consist of a scheduled 15-minute phone call with the operation manager. If this turns out good, we will schedule an in-person interview with the current administrator and installation manager.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing Alarm Division. This position involves on-site service, inspection, and installation of fire and security alarm systems. While prior experience in fire protection, alarm systems, or construction is a plus, it is not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire and security alarm systemsAssist with installation of new alarm systems and related componentsTroubleshoot and repair existing systemsMaintain accurate service and inspection recordsWork collaboratively with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficientlyProvide excellent customer service on-siteQualifications:
Experience in fire alarms, security systems, or construction (preferred, but not required)Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWillingness to learn and grow within the companyCompensation:
Pay is negotiable based on experience and will align with training and advancement milestones leading to independent technician duties.
