This outside sales role focuses on business development, B2B relationship management, and commercial construction sales within the building envelope market. With access to our full suite of building envelope services, you will be able to provide comprehensive solutions across roofing, architectural cladding, glass & glazing, solar, and service.

    What You Will Do

    Build and grow a book of business through relationship development, networking, and referralsIdentify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective accountsServe as the primary point of contact for accounts from opportunity through closeoutOwn deals end-to-end, managing timelines, next steps, and expectations to maintain momentumNegotiate scopes, pricing, and terms within company guidelines with a long-term partnership mindsetBuild and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and internal teamsCollaborate with estimating, operations, and leadership to support seamless executionMaintain accurate CRM documentation and represent the company with professionalism and accountability

    Who is a Good Fit?

    3+ years experience in account management, sales, business development, client services, or relationship-based roles preferredKnowledge of commercial / industrial building envelope applications (preferred, not required)Demonstrates ability to generate and manage multiple opportunities or accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPeople-first relationship builder focused on trust and long-term partnershipsStrong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel locally as neededProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar toolsResults-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership over outcomesAligns with Company core values: Family Culture, JR attitude (humility, teachability), Extreme Ownership, Grow or Die
