Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer or early-career Project Architect who is eager to grow within a collaborative, small-office environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong architectural foundation who wants to gain hands-on experience across all phases of a project, from design and documentation to field work and client interaction.
What You’ll Do
Support architectural design and production (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe)Assist with construction documents and project coordinationParticipate in submittals and project administrationConduct occasional field work, including site visits and building evaluationsAssist with proposals and project documentationCollaborate directly with the team on active projectsWhat We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in architecture or related fieldBachelor’s degree in Architecture (or similar)Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe, and Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of building codes and construction processesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsWillingness to perform field work (including accessing roofs, crawl spaces, etc.)Comfortable working in a hands-on, small team environmentInterest in learning both traditional architecture and building envelope consultingPreferred (Not Required):
