What You'll Do
As a Clinical Relations Manager, you'll develop and strengthen partnerships with healthcare organizations that provide high-quality clinical experiences for our students. Working closely with clinical leaders, faculty, and internal teams, you'll help ensure every partnership supports student success while advancing Joyce University's mission.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, and clinical partners throughout your assigned territory. Identify and cultivate new clinical partnerships that support student placements and university growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical partners, delivering exceptional service and timely communication. Conduct regular partner meetings and site visits to strengthen relationships and ensure successful clinical experiences. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate clinical placements and support operational excellence. Assist with affiliation agreements, contract renewals, and partnership documentation. Monitor and maintain clinical partnership data to support accreditation, compliance, and strategic planning. Partner with healthcare organizations on advisory boards, community outreach, and volunteer initiatives. Support expansion opportunities through new partnerships and system-wide agreements. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of five years of progressively responsible executive administrative support experience Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organizational environment Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and project management tools Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skillsPreferred Qualifications
