The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution and closeout of assigned project
within established budget and schedule. Responsible for acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts
of team members, including contractors and consultants, to deliver projects according to plan. Provides
leadership, direction and resources to the project supervisor and project staff.
Role and Responsibilities
Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
Planning and implementation of projects goals
Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
Manage the General Contractor and subconsultants
Develop/Review construction schedules and methods with input from the project field team
Responsible for tracking cost control associated with the project
Works closely with safety personnel to assure the company’s safety plan is being implemented
Manage contract negotiations, scheduling, and change orders.
Supervise all activities related to executing the contract including Quality, schedule, submittals,
RFI’s and change orders
Lead all project meetings and produce meeting minutes
Manage project team and provide technical input as required
Maintain and develop relationships with owners, Code Enforcement, and other stakeholders
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience at the project management level
Experience in managing high rise construction with project over $100MM.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, P6 scheduling software, and Procore
Management System or equivalent
Supervise all activities related to executing the contract including procurement, schedule,
submittals, and change orders.
CCM and/or PMP Certification
Knowledge of construction management principals and their applicability to the construction field
JINGOLI Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, be able to work well with our team, and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
Incumbents will assist in overseeing pre-construction, constructability reviews, all on-site construction management activities, and quality control. Our ideal candidate has 5-10 years of construction management and project management experience.

Role and Responsibilities
· On-Site Role overseeing one or multiple projects
· Ability to plan and coordinate all aspects of a construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control
· Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure completion on time and within budget.
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans are accurate and meet specifications
· Monitor construction progress and identify and resolve issues that may impact the project timeline or budget
· Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
· Supervise and manage construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
· Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns and questions
· Prepare and maintain accurate working logs of construction activities, job information sheets, daily reports, safety requirements, progress photos, and more
· Ability to analyze, manage, and mitigate risks for the client
· Oversee construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout all phases of the project
· Enforce QA/QC measures to ensure compliance with contracts, building, and code regulations

The Project Accountant’s primary responsibility is to support the project team regarding client invoicing, payments, reports, and any other duties related to the project. Accountants may occasionally travel to project sitesfor job review meetings. This position reports to the Senior Project Accountant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Manage all accounting related functions for assigned projects.
• Assist project teams with any questions or needs related to the accounting department.
• Manage invoices, payments, and compliance for assigned projects.
• Understand compliance requirements for assigned projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process vendor invoices accurately using commitments and within assigned timeline.
• Process subcontractor AIA G702/G703 invoices accurately and within assigned timeline.
• Collect and track compliance documents.
• Generate reports including Labor, Contract Status, and Job Cost.
• Input owner billings in Timberline.
• Job cost report modification.
• Other related duties as assigned or needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or similar business degree.
• Minimum 2 years prior experience working as a Construction Project Accountant or Bookkeeper.
Proficient in data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor payments using job cost subcontract and purchase orders.• Strong communication skills.
