    We re currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience in Oncology to join our dynamic and growing cancer care team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work side-by-side with medical oncologists in both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings, where your voice is valued and your impact is felt every day.

    As a key member of our oncology care team, you ll be involved in everything from initial patient assessments and therapeutic planning to patient education and clinical research. Your advanced practice skills, clinical judgment, and compassion will be at the heart of how we deliver personalized, evidence-based cancer care to our community.

    What You ll Do

    Collaborate closely with our Medical Oncology physicians to manage care for patients during outpatient visits and as needed for inpatient consults

    Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop patient-specific care plans

    Prescribe and manage pharmacologic therapies, manage symptoms, and provide anticipatory guidance and education to patients and families

    Participate in cancer center clinical trials, overseeing research nurses and contributing to ongoing program development

    Deliver clear, compassionate communication with patients and families, while coordinating care with nurses and fellow providers

    Stay current with the latest oncology research and treatment protocols, and participate in performance improvement initiatives that keep Beebe at the forefront of care

    What We re Looking For

    Licensed Nurse Practitioner with a Master s Degree in Nursing

    BLS certification required

    At least 5 years of clinical oncology nursing experience, or a formal oncology preceptorship

    Strong critical thinking, diagnostic, and patient management skills

    A team-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care

    Comfort with EHRs and basic computer systems

    Someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-focused environment

    - Night and weekend coverage for all admitted inpatients, both critical and non-critical

    - PAs must have a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and NCCPA Board Certification
    - The average patient load is between 2 5 patients; average overnight admissions are 1.5
    - 24/7 access to a Pediatric Intensivist as backup, as well as a Trauma/Critical Care Burn Surgeon
    - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver preventive, acute, specialized, and primary care services
