Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team of two with strong momentum and opportunity ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at Charles Schwab, bringing a financial services background and customer-focused approach into the business. I attended New Mexico State University and enjoy staying connected to the local community through events and outreach. Giving back and building relationships locally is something we value as a team.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.Qualifications:
Effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.Bilingual Spanish preferred.
