  Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in need of a Nurse Practitioner to perform independent medical evaluations in Warren, OH on Saturdays. These exams are for Social Security disability applicants.
  
  We have shifts available 1 or 2 Saturdays each month. We generally schedule shifts out 1 or 2 months in advance and can work with you to try and get the number of shifts you desire. Exams are scheduled in 30 minute intervals from 8am to 6pm. Total compensation for a day will be in the $560 to $800 range with 14-20 exams completed on average, with a pay level of $40 per exam.

  Position Details
  No prescribing medicationsNo treatment providedNo provider-patient relationship establishedIndependent evaluation setting onlyWe currently have availability for 23 Thursdays and Fridays each month. Schedules are typically arranged 12 months in advance, and we can work with providers to accommodate preferred availability.
  Exams are scheduled in 20-minute intervals from 1:00 PM 6:00 PM.
