Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and accurately dispense prescription medications.Counsel patients on medication use, potential side effects, drug interactions, and wellness.Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.Administer immunizations and other clinical services as permitted by state law.Monitor medication therapy for safety, effectiveness, and potential drug interactions.Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation.Manage medication inventory and controlled substances in accordance with regulatory requirements.Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patients.Qualifications
Active North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing.Immunization certification preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.Commitment to providing outstanding patient care.The Pharmacy Cashier plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer service at the pharmacy counter. Reporting to the pharmacy manager, this position involves handling cashier duties, supporting inventory management, and operating point-of-sale systems to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.
