Special Needs Babysitter/Nanny Needed (Full-Time/Part-Time/Flexible)
We are looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced babysitter/nanny to care for children ages 6 and 13 with special needs. The ideal candidate is patient, engaging, and committed to providing a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care and supervision for children with special needs.Assist with homeschooling and light tutoring as needed.Prepare simple meals and snacks.Perform light housekeeping related to the children’s care.Provide transportation for activities or appointments on occasion (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required).Be available for occasional evening/date nights.Encourage positive behavior and participate in age-appropriate activities.Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of professional childcare experience.Experience working with children with special needs is required.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (or applicable country/region).Clean background check required prior to employment.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.Strong communication and organizational skills.Consistent, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.Patient, compassionate, and able to adapt to each child’s individual needs.Background Check & Legal Requirements:
