In this role, you will oversee certain parts of construction projects. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Foreman to support active commercial and residential construction projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is critical to maintaining schedule, quality, and compliance, and serves as a direct extension of senior management. The ideal candidate is field-savvy , code-aware , communicates clearly in fluent English , and is comfortable navigating inspections and coordinating with inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities Support senior project management in day-to-day project execution Coordinate on-site activities, subcontractors, and material deliveries Interface with city inspectors and manage inspection scheduling and follow-ups Ensure work complies with local building codes , plans, and specifications Track progress, identify issues, and escalate risks proactively Assist with punch lists, closeouts, and correction notices Maintain organized project documentation and field reports Communicate clearly with ownership, property managers, and design teams Represent the company professionally on job sites and during inspections Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish Good at leading people Can drive Has drive Is looking to elevate themselves through hard work and knows how to motivate others.
