    Job Summary:

    The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a critical leadership role in advancing our workforce strategies during a time of transformational growth. This position will directly partner with operational leaders to drive cultural alignment, support organizational design, and ensure scalable people systems are in place. This is both a builder and integrator role-ideal for someone who can navigate between strategy and execution, influence outcomes through trust and data, and lead with both empathy and accountability.
    As a key member of the HR leadership team, the Sr. HRM will lead initiatives tied to reducing turnover, enhancing employee experience, supporting leadership development, and enabling sustainable operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team of HR Business Partners and Generalists.
    • Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with plant priorities and overall business goals.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to frontline leaders and site executives.
    • Partner on workforce planning, job architecture, span of control, and org design initiatives.
    • Design and lead retention and engagement strategies that address turnover and workload challenges.

    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
    • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
    • Proven experience building relationships with frontline workers, supervisors, and senior leaders.
    • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
    • Experience in organizational health initiatives and talent management programs
    • Experience working in a rapid growth environment
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Physical Demands & Work Environment:

    Job Summary:
    The Production Planner is responsible for the timely flow of material and information throughout the organization in support of production and customer needs. Manage assigned product demand; maintain production plans to support the demand. This role will work closely with purchasers, warehouse team, shop crews and will advise management on the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production issues.

    • Review incoming orders for assigned products to assure correct assemblies are scheduled and/or requisitioned.
    • Maintain inventory levels of assigned products with goal of finding the "right" balance to meet expected customer demand, meet inventory turn targets and minimize obsolescence. This maintenance is to be done at all levels: finished goods, sub-assemblies, WIP and components.
    • Release jobs to the production floor daily.
    • Coordinate Engineering change notice implementations with applicable departments.
    • Work with Engineering, Purchasing and Production to ensure customer required dates are met.
    • Maintain accurate planned shipment dates for sales orders and communicate status throughout the organization.
    • Evaluate capacities and lead times, scheduling production to ensure level workflow.
    • Monitor and analyze daily reports, including daily load and system status reports.
    • Work with Production Supervisors to maintain an acceptable level of work loading in work center.

    Job Summary - Electrical Apprentice
    As an Electrical Apprentice, you will assist in the installation of both standard and complex conduit and electrical components in building systems.     Job Summary:
    The Welder Lead is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily welding operations within the production environment.     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and positioning them in place.
    • Set up, operate, and maintain the welding equipment.
    • Analyze drawings, blueprints, sketches, work orders, and safety data sheets to plan the layout, assembly, and operations.
    • Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on the requirements or project assignment.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; certification in welding from an accredited intuition preferred.
    • 2+ years of welding experience required - preferably in a manufacturing or heavy equipment industry. Experience using 7024 welding rods and .045 wire MIG preferred. Experience with welding machinery, electrical equipment, and any manual tools.
    • Knowledge of a variety of different welding techniques.
    • Understanding of the manufacturing industry.
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of jobsite safety and ability to always ensure a safe workplace. Including experience with safety regulations and necessary PPE requirements.
    • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

    Job Summary: This role will Lead the maintenance team in managing the daily maintenance of all onsite equipment and building maintenance in a highly organized fashion. This important position must regularly care for and maintain the machinery on our production floor to keep it working. The Maintenance Technician - Lead will play a key role in the preventative daily maintenance to keep production flowing smoothly with little downtime due to equipment failure.

    • Oversee equipment, parts, and maintenance supplies inventories by checking stock to determine existing level.
    • Oversee building maintenance.
    • Anticipate needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders, as well as verifying receipt and accuracy once delivered.
    • Complete routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate vendors for specialized maintenance or repair.
    • Make recommendations for plant and equipment improvements to enhance reliability and availability of equipment.
    • Maintain safety of machinery by performing routine inspections and risk assessment of maintenance activities in conjunction with other stakeholders like engineers, operators, EHS personnel and provide feedback on maintenance issues and trends associated with failures and root causes.
    • Create schedules and check sheets to guarantee equipment is functioning properly every day.
    • Maintain records within our existing software system to account for equipment depreciation.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent education (required).
    • 5+ years of relevant machinery and building maintenance experience
    • 2 - 3 years' experience leading a team of 5 or more individuals.
    • Technical training preferred, NITEC or vocational certificate in relevant discipline (mechanical/electrical/chemical).
