We are looking for an experienced leader to lead a weatherization team in performing weatherization services, including air sealing, insulation installation, and ventilation improvements. This role requires technical skill and attention to detail to ensure high standards of work with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team in Insulating and weatherizing residential and commercial buildings.Using various types of insulation materials and installation methods.Air sealing attics, basements, crawlspaces etc. as needed.Ensure work is being completed to the highest standards.Installing ventilation including roof vents.Assist with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Previous Weatherization Experience is Required *
Weatherization Crew Lead CertifiedValid driver’s licenseReliable transportationMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable in confined, sometimes cluttered conditionsComfortable on tall ladders and rooftopsComfortable working outside year roundMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningMust be Eligible to work in (U.S)
