    Overview:

    JHNA is seeking a seasoned Chief People Officer (CPO) to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for developing and executing an integrated people strategy that supports JHNA's mission-focused culture, growth objectives, and operational excellence across the DoD contracting environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness

    Design, implement, and continuously evolve enterprise performance management framework, including performance review cycles, evaluation criteria, leadership calibration, and feedback mechanisms.Develop and oversee structured bonus and incentive compensation programs aligned to individual performance, company profitability, contract performance, and strategic growth objectives.Partner with executive leadership and Finance to ensure incentive plans are competitive, equitable, fiscally responsible, and aligned with government contracting requirements.Establish formal career pathing, progression frameworks, and competency models across technical, functional, and leadership roles.Lead the development of career tracking and professional development programs that support employee growth, retention, and succession planning.Create scalable leadership development and mentoring programs to strengthen management capability and future executive readiness.Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance accountability, and long-term retention.

    Compliance, Governance & Risk

    Work with HR to ensure HR policies, programs, and practices comply with federal labor laws, government contracting requirements, and internal governance standards.Provide oversight of people-related risk management, workforce compliance, and ethical standards.Support audits, due diligence activities, and internal controls related to human capital.

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Master's degree preferred).10+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, human capital strategy, talent management, or management consulting.Experience supporting or operating within federal government, defense, intelligence, or professional services environments.Experience leading workforce strategy during periods of rapid growth, transformation, or organizational change.Strong knowledge of talent deployment models, workforce optimization, and organizational design.Demonstrated experience translating enterprise workforce strategies into operationally executable solutions.Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making at the executive level.Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging workforce data to drive business outcomes.     Overview:

    JHNA is currently seeking a Senior Systems Admin to join our NAVAIR team in Patuxent River, MD. As a System Administrator supporting NAVAIR, you'll collaborate with talented professionals to create innovative, mission-critical solutions that empower naval aviation and defense operations. Your expertise will help shape cutting-edge systems, enhance national security, and drive technological advancement for our nation.

    This is a fully on-site position which will require in-person support at NAS Pax River. Please note an active Top Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this role.

    Role/Responsibilities:

    Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system.Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users.Provide technical assistance to computer users.Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network system.Perform maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.Optimize the functionality and performance of hardware and software systems.Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans and capabilities.Respond to unexpected or unauthorized service interruptions and outages.Diagnose software and hardware failures to resolution.Implement and ensure security preventive measures are fully functioning.

    Responsibilities

    Monitor research, analysis, design, development, test, or manufacturing operations. Provide oversight direction, management, and coordination of a significant technical effort.Furnish technical advice and assistance to gov't leads. Report on technical direction of the program, planning and scheduling work, reporting results, progress, schedule adherence and overall accomplishments of the work.Reviews data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.Conduct technical reviews to determine the acceptability of changes to contract required services or equipment and/or determine the usability of items not meeting the requirements of the contract.Furnish advice to the government on technical matters.

    General Day-to-Day tasks:

    Provide direct systems engineering/scientific support to and advise on engineering requirements, technical issues, and risks related to software development.Provide technical oversight and support strategic software planning.Serve as a hardware/software technical interface to Computer Scientist/engineering community on related software engineering activities and issues.Provide real-time access to SMEs for problem assessment and resolution.Provide software engineering technical support and representationProvide technical oversight into the Program Increment (PI) priority workloads.Provide concurrence, if applicable, on contractor proposed changes to processes and Software (SW) development plans.

    Critical Tasks:

    Qualifications Required:

    Candidate must have a current Top Secret Clearance. Five (5) years' or more of hands-on experience working with UNIX/Linux and Windows.Experience in DoD Information Assurance/Cyber policy and procedures to include hardening of systems, implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and scanning.Experience with Linux Server to include the build, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as addressing, service requests, routine sever maintenance (firmware, failures, hardening, etc.), and server consolidation.Experience with UNIX/Linux, Red Hat, CentOS (Linux).DoD 8140 & 5239 compliant (Security + certified and OS certificate/certification) (formerly 8570).Working knowledge of supporting software development.Critical thinking skills and the ability to "think-outside-the-box" to solve complex technical issues is essential.
