    As a Takeout/To Go Coordinator you will play a critical role in bringing an Iconic take-out experience to our guests' doorsteps. Providing accuracy and quality, you enhance what is expected through genuine warmth and care.     Duties
    Exude professionalism and Genuine Warmth and Care. Inspect and ensure food quality specifications. Pull products based on takeout orders. Ensure proper product usage and storage. Package and label all items, ensuring all necessary components are included in each order. Communicate with delivery support if needed. Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation and safety of the work area. Complete assigned opening, side work, and closing duties to set your team up for success. Stock, clean, and organize service stations and sections. Resolve issues with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgement. It's Your Business. Assist and perform other duties as assigned. Follow all safe food handling procedures in accordance with state law.
    Basic Qualifications
    No experience necessary. Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits. Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

    Duties
    Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically immediately as they enter the restaurant.Manage party sizes, reservations, and wait lists to handle guest needs, accurately quote wait times, and maintain the flow of the restaurant.Escort guests to their table. Engage them in conversation, explain our online menu accessibility, and pass along any pertinent information that may enhance their experience to their server.Answer the telephone in a pleasant manner and respond appropriately to all inquiries.Assist with handling takeout orders. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, organization, and payment.Thank guests for visiting as they depart the restaurant and inquire about their experience.Resolve guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment.     As an Office Assistant, you will directly impact the success of your business by ensuring a smooth and consistent administrative process. You will be responsible for managing and anticipating the administrative needs of the business by being organized and proactive in your approach. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be task oriented, and passionate about the hospitality industry.

    Duties
    Maintain all office supply inventories: paper, POS supplies, vendor orders, gift cards, etc. Ensure office equipment is in working order. Troubleshoot payment receiving systems and POS Terminals. Maintain accurate employee information in the company's human resources information system (HRIS). Maintain organization and accuracy of employee online, paper, and confidential personnel files. Input, maintain, and update all employee certifications. Ensure local, state, and federal workplace postings are valid. Organize monthly health and safety meetings. Complete and file incident reports. Maintain security systems, i.e. update safe combinations, change locks, and distribute restaurant and office keys; perform weekly anti-theft audits. Complete biweekly payroll preparation processes; communicate any off cycle pay adjustments. Reconcile and balance daily cash. Troubleshoot POS & Transaction Summaries. Monitor and reconcile daily cash expenses and out of store purchases. Oversee partner accounts receivable accounts. Ensure profit updates are communicated to the management team daily.
    Basic Qualifications
    1+ years' experience in a similar administration role.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the hospitality industry is seen as a significant asset.

    As an Office Manager at JOEY, you will play an important role in the operations of the Restaurant. You will be the glue of the team and will be responsible for managing and anticipating the administrative needs of the business. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive in their approach, outgoing and passionate about the hospitality industry.

    Duties
    Train all office partners. Effectively manage all office supply inventories: paper supplies, POS supplies, staples orders, gift cards, etc. Ensure local, state, and federal workplace postings are valid. Organize monthly health and safety meetings. Complete and file incident reports. Maintain accurate employee information in the company's human resources information system (HRIS). Maintain organization and accuracy of employee online, paper, and confidential personnel files. Input, maintain, and update all employee certifications. Ensure office equipment is in working order. Troubleshoot payment receiving systems and POS Terminals. Maintain security systems, i.e. update safe combinations, change locks, and distribute restaurant and office keys; perform weekly anti-theft audits. Immediately remove partners from all systems and documentation upon termination. Reconcile and balance daily cash. Complete biweekly payroll preparation processes; communicate any off cycle pay adjustments. Accurately account for the tip distribution process. Manage partner labor input. Monitor custom reports and verify accuracy of credit card tips paid via payroll. Monitor and reconcile daily cash expenses and out of store purchases. Manage the office budget. Ensure profit updates are communicated to the management team daily.
    Basic Qualifications
    1+ years' experience in a similar administration role.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the hospitality industry is seen as a significant asset.
