Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role within the engineering, architectural, or construction industry. Proven experience using Unanet or Deltek Ajera and other financial management software. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end close processes, and project management. Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions based on detailed analysis. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus.
