Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the effectiveness of the maintenance program. Manage and oversee projects related to improving plant reliability and efficiency.
    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant engineering and maintenance management, preferably in the engineering industry. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, and other plant equipment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computer software for maintenance management and scheduling. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
