    We are seeking a Customer Retention Manager to own revenue retention for at-risk accounts and drive measurable impact across our customer base.

    Responsibilities:

    Own revenue retention for at-risk mid-market accounts and lead high-stakes retention conversations Diagnose churn drivers, deploy save strategies, and negotiate retention offers beyond simple discounts Operate autonomously within clear guardrails while escalating only major strategic accounts Track key retention metrics including save rate, offer ROI, and churn patterns Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Executive Leadership to align on retention strategy

    Job Details



    The Licensed Foreman supervises electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in commercial and industrial settings. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while leading and developing a team of electricians.

    Minimum Requirements:
    •Education/Experience: Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (approx. 8,000 hours).
    •Travel: 60–75% of the time.
    •Work Schedule: Typically between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending on project needs and can include nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Key Responsibilities:
    •Maintain current licensing, certifications, and training requirements.
    •Lead and manage medium-sized projects (5–10 electricians) effectively.
    •Set clear expectations and motivate crews to meet or exceed goals.
    •Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
    •Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly (foreman logs, performance evaluations, purchase orders, time cards, etc.).
    •Manage resources efficiently, including tools, equipment, and staffing.
    •Read and interpret project estimates with support from project management or superintendent.
    •Provide regular feedback and coaching to crew members.
    •Conduct thorough on-site risk assessments and enforce workplace safety procedures, including safety audits and toolbox talks.
    •Mentor and develop team members actively.
    •Collaborate with internal resources across departments such as pre-construction, engineering, estimating, and productivity teams.

    We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Project Manager for our mechanical HVAC/Plumbing projects. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional with substantial experience in the construction industry, specifically in plumbing and HVAC systems.     Responsibilities:

    Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion. Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Monitor project budgets and financials, making necessary adjustments to ensure financial objectives are met. Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations. Ensure all projects are compliant with safety and building regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and forecasts. Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with mechanical contractor. Proven track record of managing large scale construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods. Expertise in contract review, negotiation, and administration. Proficient in project scheduling and budgeting. Responsible for project financials. Comprehensive understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage project financials effectively. Proficient in relevant software applications. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Mechanical aptitude is a must. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
    2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
    3. Proven experience (5+ years) as a senior accountant, preferably in the insurance industry.
    4. In-depth understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance accounting.
    5. Proficiency in Yellow Book and Statutory reporting.
    6. Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting, etc.)
    7. Understanding of data analysis and forecasting.
    8. Working knowledge of MS Office (especially excel) and accounting software.
    9. Well-organized with ability to prioritize tasks.
    10. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    11. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

    1. Manage and oversee the company's tax planning, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws.
    2. Review and file federal and state income tax returns, prepare and review tax forecasts and estimates.
