Develop and own the end-to-end Fintech Marketing strategy and associated roadmap with your team. Operate as a player/coach, owning overall strategy while modelling the standard and rolling up your sleeves where the business needs it most. Build a culture of marketing experimentation, actively run tests across segments and metrics to identify what drives Fintech revenue. Stay relentlessly customer-first, contribute to qualitative and quantitative research alongside Product. Partner deeply with Fintech leadership, Product Management, Monetization, and Finance teams.
