Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Electro-Mechanical assembly, using power tools, working with 80/20 industrial extrusions, reading blueprints, and collaborating with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Assembly:
· Assemble mechanical components and systems following detailed instructions and blueprints.
· Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to assemble, fit, and adjust parts.
· Perform quality checks on assembled parts to ensure they meet specifications.
80/20 Industrial Extrusion:
· Work with 80/20 industrial extrusions, including cutting, drilling, and assembling.
· Ensure precise alignment and fit of components using appropriate fastening methods.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to 80/20 assembly
Electrical Assembly:
· Perform electrical assembly tasks including wiring, cable routing, component installation, and termination according to schematics and assembly drawings.
· Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings to ensure accurate assembly and proper component placement.
· Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting and support basic wiring: panel building experience is a plus.
Blueprint Reading:
· Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
· Verify dimensions and specifications to ensure accuracy in assembly processes.
· Communicate any discrepancies or design issues to the engineering team.
Collaboration with Engineering:
· Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and assembly processes.
· Provide feedback on design improvements and assembly techniques.
· Assist in the development of assembly procedures and documentation.
Palletizing and Shipping:
· Prepare completed projects for shipping, including palletizing and securing products for transport.
· Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
· Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to schedule and track shipments.
Safety and Compliance:
· Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
· Proven experience in mechanical assembly and using power tools.
· Proficiency with 80/20 industrial extrusion systems.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
· Strong attention to detail and quality.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
· Forklift certified.
Working Conditions:
· Full-time position with occasional overtime as needed.
· Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
· Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.

Administration
Make prayer an integral part of the day-to-day operation.Develop and revise operational policies and procedures in collaboration with the Board of Directors.Provide leadership, guidance, and managerial support to the Client Services Director, Executive Assistant, and other staff.Coordinate with staff, the Client Services Director, and the Treasurer to prepare the annual budget for Board approval.Ensure accurate financial records are maintained and reported to the Board monthly.Oversee expenditures and budgeted expenses, including purchase order requests.Oversee statistical reporting, record keeping, and quarterly reporting to the Board in partnership with the Client Services Director.Coordinate the annual ministry calendar and oversee implementation of special events.Ensure organizational policies are followed and coordinate the development and implementation of new policies.Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss client needs, operational updates, and staff development.Attend all Board meetings and present quarterly reports.Oversee donor management systems in partnership with the Executive Assistant.Development
Plan, coordinate, and lead major fundraising events, direct mail campaigns, and newsletters.Develop and implement a program to engage churches and mission boards for financial support.Maintain regular communication with donors.Increase community visibility and evaluate opportunities for organizational growth.Gather feedback and assess ministry goals to strengthen programs and services.Develop short-term and long-term objectives to accomplish organizational goals.Prepare and present an annual development plan to the Board.Collaborate with staff to identify and pursue grant opportunities and other funding sources.Public Relations
