This position is responsible for performing construction layout, surveying, curb layout,
verifying project elevations and grades, and ensuring work is completed accurately
according to plans and specifications. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, thrives

Responsibilities
Perform construction layout and staking for sitework, utilities, grading, paving, curb installation, and infrastructure projects. Perform curb layout, including verifying lines, grades, elevations, offsets, and radiuses. Assist with field surveying and the collection of accurate measurements and site data. Operate GPS, surveying, and construction layout equipment. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, specifications, and survey information. Verify elevations, grades, dimensions, and alignment throughout each phase of construction.Establish and maintain control points, benchmarks, and reference points.Work closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and field crews to ensure accurate project execution.Document field measurements and maintain accurate project records.Identify discrepancies between plans and field conditions and communicate issues promptly.Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.Qualifications
