Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on daily job sites throughout the Greenville areaPerform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general turf maintenanceEnsure crew members follow safety protocols and proper equipment operation proceduresManage job site workflow to meet scheduled deadlines and client expectationsInspect completed work for quality control and adherence to company standardsMaintain, inspect, and report on landscaping equipment and toolsCommunicate professionally with clients on-site to address questions or concernsRequirements:2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related fieldPrior crew leadership or supervisory experience preferredProficiency with commercial landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowersValid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a truck and trailerStrong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively across multiple job sitesStrong communication and team leadership skillsAbout Us:LandSculptors is a trusted name in the Greenville, SC area, delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services to residential and commercial clients.
