    QC Inspector I Inspects finished products, products being processed, incoming materials, parts, and assemblies, etc., for conformance to company standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct QC inspections and audits on contract requirements, and other services performed. Prepares reports, develops quality plans, attends meetings as directed; performs other duties as assigned. Checks randomly selected samples, and verifies accuracy of equipment or process. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Schedule inspection activities. Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements: Knowledge of OSHA standards, NFPA, Joint Commissioning and safety procedures with skills in conducting accident investigations and safety inspections. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, critical thinking skills, and proficiency with standard testing tools. ISO Lead Auditor Certification with a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards Knowledge of recognized and generally accepted good engineering practice regulations and codes. Excellent analytical and computer skills, specifically in MS Office Suite. Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Work Experience: Up to 2 years of experience of Quality control or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to understand technical and process-based aspects of the services we provide. The base salary range for this position is $40,000 to $60,000.     3rd Shift Service Order Dispatcher The 3rd Shift Call Center Dispatcher provides continuous overnight coverage for the Facilities Call Center supporting Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. This role ensures all incoming service requests, and facility issues are logged, prioritized, and dispatched with accuracy and urgency to maintain safe, uninterrupted operations in a mission critical military healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, document, and prioritize all incoming calls, and service requests. Dispatch technicians and escalate issues based on severity, impact, and established protocols. Ensure accurate and timely entry of all requests into the CMMS (Maximo preferred). Coordinate with DDC/EMCS monitoring personnel when required. Identify urgent issues and escalate immediately to on?call leadership. Provide clear, professional communication with technicians, supervisors, and government stakeholders. Maintain accurate shift logs, incident notes, and turnover documentation. Ensure all information is complete, audit?ready, and compliant with contract requirements. Proficiency with computers, CMMS platforms, and basic administrative tools. Reliable attendance and commitment to overnight shift requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting military, federal, or healthcare environments. Familiarity with Maximo or similar CMMS systems. Understanding of facility operations, maintenance terminology, or emergency response workflows.
