Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a fast-paced, professional restaurant kitchen. BOH team members move frequently between prep lines, cooking stations, and back-of-house areas while using fryers, heavy pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
Team members must communicate consistently with kitchen staff and management while maintaining awareness of safety conditions including spills, heat exposure, and equipment hazards.
