Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hourly Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and motivate staff to achieve their best. Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality customer experiencesManage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient teamOversee inventory control, food safety protocols, and proper food handling practices to maintain compliance with health regulationsUtilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliationLead shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours and resolving any operational issues promptlyConduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a strong hospitality teamAnalyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitabilityExperience
Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food service management and supervising teamsExtensive experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management in casual dining or fine dining settingsFamiliarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience requiredStrong background in inventory control, food safety management, and adhering to health regulationsDemonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, training staff, and supervising daily restaurant operationsPrior roles involving restaurant management, shift management, catering or banquet experience are highly desirableRequired Competencies
