The Case Manager will be responsible for managing a full caseload of personal injury matters, ensuring exceptional client service, accurate documentation, and consistent communication with clients. Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of personal injury mattersServe as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing case updatesCoordinate medical treatment, obtain medical records and bills, and track ongoing careCommunicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims, coverage, and statusPrepare and organize case documentationMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion in all client interactionsQualifications
Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or similar role in a personal injury law firmStrong knowledge of personal injury case flow, medical records, and insurance processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skillsAbility to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with case management software; Filevine experience preferredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a teamWork Environment and Expectations

We are looking for an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who can create compelling content that connects with audiences, drives engagement, and makes legal topics accessible, informative, and interesting.
Responsibilities
• Develop, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Grow social media audiences through creative content strategies and community engagement
• Write compelling captions, posts, and marketing copy consistent with the Texas Hammer® brand
• Capture and edit photos and videos for social media campaigns
• Design graphics and visual content that align with brand standards
• Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and audience engagement metrics
• Collaborate closely with the Internet & Social Media team on campaigns and content initiatives
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach
• Assist with content planning, social media calendars, and campaign execution
• Participate in community events, firm initiatives, and brand-building activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of social media, digital marketing, or content creation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills
• Experience with photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Hispanic culture, traditions, and Spanish-language social media platforms and audiences
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience creating content for established consumer brands or medium-to-large organizations
• Knowledge of topics that resonate with broad audiences, including health, wellness, education, nutrition, lifestyle, beauty, and culinary trends
• Strong understanding of Texas culture and communities
