    Description:

    Safely perform receiving, stock keeping, inventory cycle counting, picking, packing and shipment of parts that service fuel pumping applications. The warehouse is 35,000 square feet and runs first shift only, some overtime is to be expected of this role.


    Job Duties:

    Prepare customer orders by processing receipts, picking, packing and shipping parts.Ensures all customer orders meet quality standards, correct part, correct quantity, shipped to correct address, on time, every time.Ship parts through parcel carriers (UPS) as well as Less Than Truck load and Dedicated trucks.Safely operate mobile equipment, Sit Down Fork Truck, Standup Reach Truck, Order picker (full time associates).Participate in annual physical inventory, perform daily cycle counting activities.Follow all safety procedures per company policy, identify and solution any unsafe practices to ensure all employees operate in a safe environment.Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, lift 40 pounds, wear safety toe shoes, for 8 working hours per day.Perform any other task assigned by DC Manager or DC Supervisor.Requirements:

    This position will provide daily direction and coordination for a specific group of Construction Crew Technicians. Responsible for reviewing that HM technicians are being tasked efficiently and following up to ensure assignments have been completed to a high level of customer satisfaction and quality. Directly oversees and provides key communication for unresolved or high priority assignments. This position will conduct Construction Crew operations throughout their region. Their skills and certifications will allow them to install, maintain, and repair any equipment that JF Petroleum Group markets.


    Contributes to reviews on Construction Crew performance to Service Manager and General Manager of Construction Crews and makes recommendations on hiring, firing, and performance reviews. Works closely with Service Manager to review generated reports. Works closely with Service Manager, Sales, and provides a high level of customer satisfaction.

    The primary responsibilities of the Lead Electrician are to work directly with the Electrical Foreman to coordinate electrical construction jobs and projects and ensure the most efficient use of time and resources. These responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and controlling resources to maximize productivity and meet our end goal, which is meeting or beating the project budget. Along with these responsibilities the Lead Electrician will assist on projects as the Electrical Lead, while helping to ensure quality and proper training of Apprentices and Helpers. Consistently demonstrates proficiency in all essential duties.


    Primary Duties:

    Organizing and inventorying material.Reports directly to Electrical Foreman and functions as an extension of that position.. Aid in the education and enforcement of company policy and procedures, including site safety concerns.Reads and interpret blueprints, plans, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of assembly and installation of assigned products.Work directly with local Fire Marshalls, Inspectors, and other officials in our effort to perform our work according to the rules and guidelines set forth by State and National Agencies. Stage and select materials based on information provided by Electrical Foreman and estimator, as indicated on drawings or other written instruction, or as indicated by standard industry practices to complete the task at hand. Lay out and mark dimensions and reference lines in work area to determine actual locations of system components, as described in drawings.Operate tools and equipment necessary to safely and efficiently complete assigned tasks.Work directly with Journeymen or other Lead electricians to ensure continuity of work in a situation where multiple disciplines are required.


    Planning Activities:

    Work with apprentice to set goals for personal production based on job schedule and budget requirements.Review specific safety events for projects. Develop and utilize JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for all work performed and on a daily basis.Periodically reviews work plan to assure that all information, tools and materials required are present prior to beginning work. Work with Management to develop crew schedules and determine resource requirements to maintain maximum efficiency and production for each job.


    Safety Activities:

    Understands, complies, and enforces JF Petroleum Group safety policies and OSHA safety requirements.Participates in safety programs provided by employer.Considers work to be performed to identify potential safety hazards and either eliminates the hazard or reports the problem to the Department Manager for resolution prior to beginning work.Ensures the use of proper safety equipment at all times and by all employees under his or her direction.Reports accidents or injuries to management immediately. We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.


    This technician is capable of performing and assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair assignments associated with fueling equipment. The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $28 per hour, depending on experience.


    Job Duties:

    Work under the HM Lead, Lead Technician, or Service Manager to meet customer expectations and response time objectives.Close assignments and complete paperwork as they are completed from the job site.Maintain company equipment in a good working standing.Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fueling / handling locations including, but not limited to:Fuel dispensers – Hydraulics and ElectricalSubmersible fuel pumpsCredit card pedestalsRemoval and Safe disposal of Petroleum Compacted Water from tanks and catch basinsHydrostatic Testing – Sumps and Spill BucketsLine Repairs – Including FRP, Flexible Fiberglass, SteelSump Penetration Repairs – Icon Split Boot, Bravo, etc.Bollard Repair, Replacements, MaintenanceSpill Bucket Replacements and UpgradesDemolish and finish of concrete – premixed and mixed onsiteInstall and terminate communication and electrical wiring – Direct Bury, through existing conduit, or running new EMT or Ridged conduitCritically Damaged Dispenser or Fueling EquipmentWill have obtained and maintain certifications required for HM level on equipment, products, and safety practiceRequirements:Highschool diploma or GED requiredMust have a valid driver’s licenseAble to operate a 90lb jack hammer throughout the work scheduleFamiliar with computer operations with an aptitude for learning computer skills.Work will include after-hours.Able to be taught to safely operate industry specific tools and equipment.Obtain / Maintain or possess / maintain certifications.Must be eligible to work in the United States.Physical Requirements: Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day.Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
