Position Overview The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across JETSET Pilates Franchising. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, marketing campaign analysis, and operational optimization for our growing franchise network. Key Responsibilities Data Management and Analysis: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability Track departmental KPI’s on a weekly/monthly and quarterly basis Support company data dashboard Develop and implement data analysis processes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities Financial Planning and Analysis : Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes through data-driven insights Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to address specific business questions Create financial dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators Marketing Campaigns Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics Analyze customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and lifetime value Provide recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign performance Operational Analysis: Identify operational inefficiencies through data analysis Support franchise performance evaluation with standardized metrics Develop operational dashboards to monitor studio performance Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively Design and maintain BI dashboards for various stakeholders Present complex data in an accessible format for non-technical audiences Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments across the organization to understand their data needs Translate business questions into analytical frameworks Communicate insights and recommendations to drive business decisions Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics Recommend and implement improvements to data collection and analysis processes Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in reporting workflows What You Need To Be Successful Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights Adaptability: Thrive in a rapidly changing environment where priorities may shift quickly Self-Motivation: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives Business Acumen: Understanding of how data insights connect to business outcomes Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects and competing priorities Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) Data Modeling: Experience building and maintaining data models Programming: Knowledge of Python, R, or similar programming languages is preferred Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Industry Knowledge: Experience in franchise, retail, or fitness industries is a plus Travel Read Less

  Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStudio Leads at JETSET Pilates are dynamic team members that help clients and assist instructors. Studio Leads are responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while assisting staff, whether it be in-person, via email, or over the phone. Most importantly, Studio Leads will build rapport with all clients and staff to create and maintain a welcoming environment.
  Studio Leads will be required to answer phones, field questions, respond to emails, and process sales in keeping with JETSET Pilates Standards of Service. They are expected to perform retail transactions accurately, maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area, assist Instructors in opening & closing duties, and stay up-to-date on all policies and pricing options in order to provide accurate information to existing clients and potential new clients.
  Studio Leads assume other duties as assigned and are expected to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in delivering the ultimate boutique fitness experience to every client, every time. Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients and visitors upon arrival. Greet and check-in clients professionally upon arrival and thank them as they leave. Recruit and retain clients, answer questions, solve problems, and refer comments and concerns appropriately. Sell memberships and class packages in-person, online, and over the phone.Facilitate new sales, in conjunction with the General Manager/Owner-Operator by utilizing the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) system (AXLE).Maintain a clean and tidy studio.Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed.

Instructors are expected to be able to provide support and encouragement to clients of varying skill levels. They embody the culture and brand to support a welcoming and engaging community. JETSET Pilates instructors are dedicated individuals who are invested in their team and the workout; they occasionally assume other duties as assigned and are expected to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary. Duties and ResponsibilitiesEmbodies a friendly, outgoing, and passionate personality with a love for health, fitness, and the JETSET Pilates workout.Fosters a sense of community in the studio. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Has previous fitness instructor experience. Builds relationships inside and outside the JETSET Pilates community. Reliable and professional team player with a positive attitude. Comfortable leading a fast-paced class with music and high energy.Current CPR/AED certification required.
