You’ll focus on building automation and productivity features, ensuring that the platform is safe, scalable, and effective for upselling users from freemium to paid models. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a secure self-serve platform that allows customers to try Jericho’s products. Implement features to automate CISO workflows and increase productivity for users. Monitor user behavior and data to prevent abuse of the platform and ensure security. Collaborate with marketing to align platform features with upsell strategies.
