    Plant Manager Laundry Hospitality Industry
    Location: Miami, FL

    We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of production, plant safety, and workforce management at our state-of-the-art laundry facility serving the hospitality industry.

    The ideal candidate will ensure production goals are achieved efficiently, safely, and with the highest levels of quality and employee engagement. This is a key leadership role focused on operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead all plant production operations, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and volume standards.
    Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports on operations, key performance indicators (KPIs), payroll, and HR metrics.
    Plan, direct, and coordinate departmental activities in line with company goals and customer demands.
    Forecast workforce requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to optimize labor utilization.
    Direct and mentor shift managers to implement and sustain operating strategies.
    Develop, implement, and refine processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    Foster a culture of safety, productivity, and employee engagement throughout the plant.
    Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and quality performance.
    Present operational data and performance updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
    Ensure the facility meets all customer and industry standards for quality, cost, and responsiveness.
    Set clear goals and performance metrics for direct reports and evaluate outcomes.
    Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors Degree in Management, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
    Minimum 5 years of operations or management experience ideally within a large-scale or commercial laundry facility.
    Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
    Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Solid understanding of contract administration, production planning, and safety compliance.
    Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
