    Hybrid New Business Case Specialist Needed for Insurance Company Our client, a busy and growing Insurance Company located in Lombard, IL, has immediate staffing needs for two New Business Case Specialists. These positions are responsible for the new case submission process and review of sold case paperwork for completeness and accuracy in order to release the acceptance of risk for new business. The role supports front-end new group business sales activity and ensures proper coordination with Sales Management, BCBS representatives, agency managers, brokers, managing general agents and other business partners. These are full time, M-F contract positions. This is a hybrid temporary assignment expected to continue through the end of the year. The client will provide a laptop. As a Dental Hygienist you will be responsible for the direct provision of teeth cleaning, periodontal services, oral hygiene, and appropriate preventative services to dental patients of the center. The Dental Hygienist will also be responsible for educating individuals and groups on proper oral health prevention and maintenance. These are direct hire full-time positions. Job Responsibilities Practices proper infectious disease prevention procedures, including cleaning & sterilization of dental instruments & disinfection of dental equipment. Provides oral health education & individual counseling for all patients in home care. Provides services including taking dental x-rays, teeth cleaning, scaling, root planning, & sealant & fluoride application consistent w/professional practices & Center's protocols. Organizes & performs preventative oral health presentations at on & off-site locations. Assists in the provision of health education in the community as requested. Complies w/Dental Department & Center's directives, policies, & procedures relative to infection control, exposure control, & safety issues. Properly disposes all contaminated materials in accordance w/Dental Department & Center's policies, as well as state & federal regulations. Performs duties at different sites depending on operational needs. Job Requirements Graduation from an accredited school of dental hygiene. Establish & maintain effective professional relationships w/other healthcare providers. Ability to maintain appropriate clinical privileges required. In this role, the individual will be a strategic reimbursement architect, subject matter expert, and operational leader responsible for architecting, configuring, validating, and optimizing complex hospital facility payer contracts within Epic. This role drives financial performance, cash acceleration, revenue optimization and integrity in a safety net environment, ensuring the translation of negotiated managed care agreements into executable system logic, ensuring accurate reimbursement outcomes, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational financial strategy. This position offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package. Position Purpose Reporting to the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle, Managed Care or Enterprise Applications. This position requires deep experience in safety net hospital environments, including familiarity with Illinois Medicaid, DSH, supplemental payment programs, and complex payer structures unique to publicly funded and underserved populations. The Senior Builder serves as a strategic advisor to Managed Care, Finance, and executive leadership on reimbursement modeling, contract feasibility, and system impacts. Job Responsibilities Strategic Contract Architecture. Provide strategic input during contract negotiations by modeling reimbursement scenarios in conjunction with the Finance dept. by identifying operational risks or build constraints. Work with CFO, CRO and VP PHO to quantify financial impact of contract build decisions, including revenue lift and cash flow implications. Advanced Testing & Validation Safety Net Reimbursement Expertise Build and validate contracts reflecting Illinois Medicaid managed care, state-directed payments, wrap payments, supplemental funding, and grant-based reimbursement structures. Serve as senior technical and strategic lead for Epic contract configuration initiatives Compliance & Audit Support (Analyze reimbursement variance reports to detect configuration or contract interpretation issues. Ensure contract builds comply with payer agreements, CMS guidance, and regulatory standards) Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle, managed care contracting, reimbursement modeling, or Epic applications. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field Direct experience building and validating facility contracts within Epic (Resolute Hospital Billing and Contract Management required). Demonstrated experience working in or supporting safety net hospitals or public health systems Advanced knowledge of hospital reimbursement methodologies across government and commercial payers.
