Website: Job Summary We are looking for a full-time Production Planner manage freight booking, tracking, and customs documentation Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery and inventory receipt Maintain accurate records of shipments, lead times, and delivery performance Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including EDI processing Cross-functional Support: Work closely with sales, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to prioritize shipments for key accounts and launches Update internal systems with SKU data, shipping info, and tracking numbers Prepare reports on production status, shipping schedules, and vendor performance metrics Requirements: 5 years minimum of experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain (footwear or fashion preferred) Must be able to work in the office Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail Proficiency in Excel and production/supply chain software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) Familiarity with international shipping terms and customs regulations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
