    Job Title: Tax Consultant
    Location: Hybrid - Fort Collins, CO
    Pay Rate: $55+/hour (W2, based on experience)
    What's the Job?

    Provide hands-on tax support and serve as back-up coverage for tax staff as business needs require. Prepare the quarterly federal tax provision using OneSource, including supporting workpapers and reconciliations. Assist third-party providers with federal and state tax compliance, including the review of tax returns and supporting schedules. Calculate quarterly Schedule M-1 and other book-to-tax adjustments, including stock-based compensation items. Perform complex consolidations of multiple Schedule M adjustments and calculate research and development related tax adjustments. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of related experience. Proven experience preparing federal tax provisions and Schedule M adjustments in a corporate tax environment.     Overview
    The Accounts Payable Consultant will serve as the organization's subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Procurement (Procure to Pay) during a large-scale Oracle transformation initiative. This role requires deep functional expertise in Accounts Payable, hands-on experience designing Procure to Pay workflows-including three way match and invoice to pay processes-and the ability to partner closely with both Finance and Supply Chain leaders to deliver operationally sound, future state processes.

Cross Functional Collaboration Partner closely with the Supply Chain Management Manager to align Procurement and AP processes across purchasing, receiving, and payment workflows. This role entails overseeing treasury payment processing, managing both domestic and international trade payables, and handling credit facility activity along with associated reporting. The responsibilities extend to supervising bank accounts, monitoring receipts and payments across internal and external systems, and coordinating with external service providers. Effective communication with internal company personnel and external service providers is crucial. The position requires a focus on integrity, accuracy, timeliness, consistency, and collaboration within a team-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities: Process treasury payments, including domestic and international trade payables as well as credit facility activity and related reporting. Analyze and solve problems stemming from payment processes. Maintain positive banking relationships with depository banks. Act as a treasury liaison with company's business units in reviewing bank services and handling bank inquiries and related matters. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the global cash position.     Position Overview:
    Our client, a prominent U.S.-based aluminum manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled International Tax Consultant to join their compliance team on a contract basis. This role is critical in supporting the preparation of US International compliance, including Form 5471, 8858. 1118, Subpart F, GILTI. FDII, and FTC's using Corptax software, while the internal team focuses on an ongoing IRS audit. The engagement runs through the October 15th tax filing deadline.
    Key Responsibilities: Prepare Form 5471, 8858, and 1118 filings in compliance with U.S. international tax regulations. Utilize Corptax software to manage and finalize international tax returns. Ensure accuracy and completeness of foreign entity reporting, including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII and Foreign Tax Credit (FTC) calculations. Analyze intercompany transactions and related company data for tax reporting purposes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate filings. Leverage existing workpapers and data already entered in Corptax to complete filings efficiently. Provide insights and support on complex international tax issues and E&P calculations as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience with U.S. international tax compliance, particularly Form 5471, 8858, and 1118. Proficiency in Corptax software is essential. Strong understanding of international tax concepts including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, FTCs, and intercompany transactions. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
