The Vision
Zooies began as a single cookie shop tucked inside a West Los Angeles gas station—and quickly became known for having some of the best cookies in the city (and, we believe, the world). We’ve been featured in numerous publications, but the real proof is in the cookie itself. If you haven’t tried them yet, you should.
Now, we’re growing. With a second location opening on the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, our dream is to expand Zooies into a beloved, nationwide brand. To make that happen, we are looking for a leader who shares our passion, ambition, integrity, and drive.
So, we ask you:
Are you someone who understands what it takes to scale a brand?
Do you thrive in operations, marketing, and people leadership?
Are you organized, tech-savvy, numbers-minded, and creative?
Do you bring kindness, firmness, honesty, and professionalism to the table?
Do you care deeply about quality—in people, product, and process?
If so, we’d love to build this dream with you.
