    Job Summary:

    The Plant Manager is responsible for leading all manufacturing operations within a DreamFields' production facility. This position oversees day-to-day production, processing, packaging, maintenance, inventory accuracy, quality, safety, labor planning, and regulatory compliance while ensuring operational excellence across the site. Reporting to the Regional Director of Manufacturing Operations, the Plant Manager is accountable for achieving production targets, optimizing labor productivity, reducing manufacturing costs, improving operational efficiencies, and developing high-performing teams.     Job Summary:

    The Quality Control Supervisor will directly support the National Manager of Quality Control. This position will cross-functionally work with departmental and corporate leadership to lead, document, and report operations of the quality control department.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
