As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, make sure great food and service is delivered to our guests, and manage all front-of-house employees.


    The position of Restaurant Manager is a fast-paced role that manages the daily front-of-house operations, including:

    Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction Overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of guests at all times Enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible service guidelines Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food-handling procedures Assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff All other duties as assigned

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure great food and service is delivered to our guests, and manage all front-of-house employees.


    The position of Restaurant Manager is a fast-paced role that manages the daily front-of-house operations, including:

    Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfactionOverseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of guests at all timesUnderstanding, managing, and practicing safe food-handling proceduresAssisting with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staffAll other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    High School diploma or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferredServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skillsStrong planning, problem-solving, and organization skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
