We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you’ll primarily lead front-of-house operations, support and develop your team, and help deliver the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests expect. This position reports to the General Manager.
Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency
Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant
Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices
Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred
ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
A standard 48-hour work week with flexible scheduling options.
