Why This Role Stands Out: Autonomy with Support: Practice in a CARES team model where your clinical decisions are respected. Physicians are available to assist but allow you to manage cases based on your comfort level. Diverse Case Mix: Bread-and-butter surgeries include orthopedics, OB/GYN, GI, urology, endoscopy, pediatrics (e.g., adenoids), and general surgery. No cardiac, neuro, spine, or major trauma cases. Work-Life Balance: Monday Friday schedule some days done by 1pm with minimal late cases. Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values respect and teamwork. Case assignments are managed fairly based on preferences and expertise. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $275K annually. Student Loan Forgiveness: $155K provided by the hospital.
