Logistics Specialist
Duties
• Inventory Control
o The position will be responsible for receiving inventory items into the warehouse.
o Documenting the received items or material into our ERP system.
o Placing inventory stock into appropriate bins
o Staging order items for production.
o Filling sold orders
o Pack and ship sold items
• eCommerce
o The position will be responsible for helping to execute an eCommerce strategy with the goal of
growing online sales via our online store platforms.
*** Requires Strong Computer Skills in Web and Market Place Environment
o Revamp and update our existing sites to provide optimal results.
o Work closely with administrative staff and other team members to drive effective eCommerce
campaigns.
o Picking, packing and checking online orders
o Continuously work to improve data quality through cleansing, enrichment, and best practices for
data construction
o Report on channel performance and customer experience metrics
o Conduct competitive analysis and report/identify trends in the marketplace
o Implement site enhancements based on industry best practices and emerging trends
o Assist with the implementation of new ERP software.
• Vehicle Management
o Receive vehicles into the facility for production or repair
o Log vehicle and information into ERP and Production logs
o Upon completion take photos of vehicles
o Notify customer or transport company when vehicle is ready for pick up.
o Release and document pickup or shipping
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
effectively
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with online stores preferred
• Knowledge of emergency and aftermarket vehicle parts
• Must possess a Florida Drivers License with good driving record
Work Environment
• Working in combination of office and shop environments
• Bending, kneeling, squatting
• Climbing on step ladders may be required
• Lifting, up to 50lbs may be required
• Operating a Forklift
