Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJCCEI is hiring for the full-time position of Field Service Support representative to coordinate our outage notification process. JCCEI partners with cable communications companies and performs services for the upgrade and expansion of cable and fiber networks. The Field Service Support position will act as a liaison to provide outage information with dates and times to customers impacted in the scheduled work areas. This includes door tagging all residences within the affected service area as well as communicating this information to apartment and multi-dwelling complex managers. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented and be able to work independently to ensure the completion of the notification process.
Responsibilities
Work with Management to identify scheduled work areas that will require notification of possible outages.Hang door tags on residences that will be affected within 3 days of when work will be performedIdentify apartment and multi-dwelling complexes and inform their community management of upcoming work.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsKeep records of customer interactions, work completed daily.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesSkills
Accurate tracking to record areas door tagged for outagesProficient map and navigation skillsProfessional phone and in-person communicationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to prioritize, and manage time effectivelyQualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Must be able to pass a Background Check
· Valid Driver’s license in good standing
· Ability to walk for extended time
