Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Residential Remodeling & Construction Carpenter with 3–10 years of hands-on residential construction experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in producing exceptional work. You'll work alongside a small, experienced team on a wide variety of projects, allowing you to expand your skills rather than performing the same task every day.

Responsibilities
Build custom wood and composite decks, railings, stairs, pergolas, and outdoor living structures.Complete residential remodeling projects including framing, drywall, trim, flooring, siding, windows, doors, and finish carpentry.Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.Measure, cut, and install materials with precision and attention to detail.Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools.Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites.Work directly with the owner and fellow team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and exceed customer expectations.Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent the company with integrity.Help solve job-site challenges while maintaining high standards of workmanship.Qualifications
3–10 years of residential construction or remodeling experience.Strong carpentry skills with experience in framing and finish work.Deck-building experience is preferred but not required.Ability to read construction plans and accurately measure and layout projects.Knowledge of residential building practices and job-site safety.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to producing quality work.Why Work With Us?
