    We are seeking a high-level Superintendent who is more than a project manager in the field. We are looking for a leader, mentor, problem solver, communicator, and steady presence capable of leading luxury residential projects with excellence, confidence, and professionalism.

    This individual must possess strong experience in ground-up custom home construction and complex renovations while maintaining high standards for communication, organization, craftsmanship, leadership, and client experience.     Qualifications:

    7+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience.
    Proven experience managing luxury ground-up custom homes.
    Experience managing high-end residential renovations and additions preferred.
    Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building science.
    Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
    Strong understanding of Tennessee building codes and inspection requirements.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    Must maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and team members.
    Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and smartphone.
    Buildertrend experience preferred.
    OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

    The primary responsibility of the JASPER Superintendent is to ensure the highest quality workmanship throughout every phase of construction while protecting JASPER's standards, schedule, culture, and client experience.

    This position includes the following duties:

    Work closely with Project Managers to build and maintain project schedules, coordinate critical path items, and ensure successful project execution.Lead projects from preconstruction handoff through final completion.Review plans, specifications, schedules, scopes of work, and project requirements before construction begins.

    Manage project schedules and critical path items including:
    - Windows and doors
    - Cabinetry and millwork
    - Structural components
    - MEP coordination
    - Inspections
    - Specialty finishes
    - Long-lead materials

    Facilitate communication and alignment between all trade partners and project stakeholders.Hold subcontractors accountable for schedule, quality, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.Maintain organized, safe, clean, and efficient jobsites at all times.Be a proactive solution finder and problem solver. Whenever presenting an issue, also present recommended solutions.Protect and elevate the client experience through proactive communication and professionalism.Mentor field personnel and contribute to the development of future leaders within JASPER.

    Record Keeping:

    Maintain accurate daily logs in Buildertrend.
    Document progress with photos and project notes.
    Maintain punch lists and project documentation.
    Properly code and document receipts and purchase orders.
    Assist in documenting change orders and project adjustments.

    (Note: Systems and procedures will be explained during onboarding.)

    Project Workflow

    Once a project has been awarded and assigned, the typical workflow is as follows:Meet with the Project Manager to review:
    a. Scope of work
    b. Budget
    c. Schedule
    d. Critical path items
    e. Awarded subcontractors

    PROACTIVE planning is critical to project success.

    Meet with the client and review site-specific logistics including:
    a. Access
    b. Site protection
    c. Parking
    d. Material staging
    e. Client communication preferences
    f. Site-specific requirementsMeet with subcontractors and trade partners to review:
    a. Schedule expectations
    b. Scope alignment
    c. Quality standards
    d. Site logistics
    e. Safety requirementsSet up the project for success by establishing an organized, clean, and professional jobsite from day one. Protect all existing conditions and maintain site cleanliness throughout construction.Ensure permits, inspections, and required documentation are properly maintained and displayed.Coordinate and track material procurement, deliveries, and lead times. Verify all materials arrive in acceptable condition and document deliveries in Buildertrend.Coordinate and schedule inspections while ensuring all work is inspection-ready before requesting approval.Monitor manpower, sequencing, production, and schedule performance. Communicate potential delays early and proactively.Maintain exceptional quality control throughout construction. Address issues immediately rather than allowing punch items to accumulate.Drive project completion through punch list, closeout, final inspections, documentation, and client turnover.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Compensation Range:
    $85,000 - $115,000 annually

    Position Overview

    JASPER builds the kind of homes people remember. We are looking for a social media intern to own how that story shows up online, every day, across our active platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linked-In, and YouTube.

    You will run the day-to-day social presence for JASPER, and potentially for our founders personal brand alongside it. We hand you the raw material and the brand standard. You turn it into scroll-stopping, on-brand content that earns attention from a discerning luxury audience. We are looking for someone who studies what great brands do, tests it, and comes back with results, not excuses.


    Key Responsibilities

    1.Content Production and Publishing

    Plan, build, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, with YouTube Shorts (You Tube is a new channel you will help launch).

    Edit and assemble short-form video from footage and assets we provide. You are not shooting raw content. You are turning it into polished, platform-native video that performs.

    Design graphics, carousels, and templates in Canva that hold to the JASPER look and feel.

    Use AI tools to draft, refine, and speed up production without sacrificing quality or voice.

    Write captions and copy that sound like JASPER: confident, warm, never overstated.

    Write alt text for every image post, optimized for accessibility and discoverability.

    2. Strategy and Calendar

    Build and maintain a content calendar so nothing goes dark and every post has a purpose.

    Research independently into what luxury, design, and real estate brands do well, and pressure-test those ideas in our feed.

    Bring a point of view and recommendations to inform our strategy and create a repeatable and effective system.

    3. Measurement and Reporting

    Track performance across platforms. Pull the numbers, read the trends, and adjust.

    Deliver a clear, structured update to your lead on a regular cadence: wins, what is working, what you are changing, how and why.

    Consistent, on-brand publishing across all platforms with no dark days.Growth in reach and engagement over time, measured against a baseline we set together.Successful launch and steady build of the YouTube Shorts channel.Quality and brand alignment of every piece, judged against the JASPER standard.Independent research that turns into tested ideas, not just suggestions.


    Onboarding Goals

    First 2 Weeks

    Learn the JASPER brand, voice, visual standard, and EPIC values inside out.Audit our current platforms and bring back what is working, what is not, and what you would change. Receive feedback and create a strategy.Take over scheduling and publishing of approved content.Set up an AI agent or project with all the brand specific marketing tools that will result in efficient and effective work.Produce your first short-form videos and graphics for review, to fill the first 2 weeks of upcoming content calendar (10-12 posts for each platform including reels, carousels, shorts and stories).

    Within 30 Days

    Own the content calendar across all platforms.Launch the YouTube Shorts channel with a tested format.Begin reporting on performance with your own recommendations.Bring research-backed ideas drawn from how top luxury brands operate.Run the day-to-day social presence with light oversight.Show measurable movement in reach, engagement, or growth against the baseline.Demonstrate a repeatable process for producing and publishing on-brand content efficiently.


    Candidate Profile

    Must have

    Hands-on skill editing short-form video for social (vertical, fast-paced, hook-first).Fluency in Canva and editing tools with a keen eye for clean, premium design.Working command of AI tools for content creation and efficiency.Strong writing. You can match a brand voice and write a caption that earns a click.Platform-native instincts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.Comfort with scheduling and analytics tools, or the ability to learn one fast.Self-direction.
