Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and open availability looking for a full-time position? JARS Cannabis is inviting entry-level candidates to join our vibrant team at our New River location. If you have customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions, we're willing to train you on cannabis and provide an exciting opportunity to grow in the industry.
PAY: $15.50-16/hour + shared tip pool
SCHEDULE: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off.
MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY TO WORK ANY OF THE LISTED SHIFTS BELOW:
Shifts included: Morning shift 6:30 AM-2:30 PM, Mid shift 11 am-7 pm, Closing shift 2:30 pm-10:30 pm
(At El Mirage Thursday-Saturday closing shifts 3:30 pm-12:30 am)

Use dispatch app to follow delivery routes and communicate with store managers about arrival times.
Shift start time between 12:30 PM-2:00 PM, with an end time between 8:30 PM-10:00 PM.Assist store staff with unloading deliveries and completing product counts.
Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and complete end-of-shift checklists with manager signature.
Report any vehicle issues, damages, or incidents immediately.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who is friendly, tech-savvy, organized, great at multi-tasking, and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers - the ability to make a customer's experience amazing from the moment they walk through the door is everything in this role. Job Duties
Pick up completed orders from the dispatch team and deliver to customers in an efficient and timely mannerFollow all state and CRA (Cannabis Regulatory Agency) compliance rules and policies during every deliveryVerify customer identification and information upon delivery per CRA rules and regulationsAccurately verify cash amounts and collect payment during transactions when applicableReview orders before and after delivery to confirm they are complete, correctly charged, and the customer is satisfiedMaintain timely and effective communication with the dispatch team when issues arise while on the roadManage all documents associated with cannabis delivery, ensuring manifests are completed and returned ready for filingPromote JARS customer perks including the Loyalty Program, referrals, and promotionsEscalate customer issues to upper management when appropriateMaintain a positive, caring attitude and treat customers and co-workers with respectFollow all JARS company policies and procedures in all on-the-job interactionsWork scheduled shifts and adhere to the company's attendance policyRequirements

Position Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and professional Security Guard to help maintain a safe and secure environment at our Phoenix Airport retail location. This role is crucial to ensuring the safety of staff, customers, and inventory, while maintaining compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services cannabis regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, customers, and visitors
Maintain a consistent, visible presence at the entrance to deter theft or disruptive behavior
Observe behavior, monitor security cameras, and respond to suspicious activity
De-escalate incidents professionally and follow proper documentation protocols
Conduct routine patrols of the sales floor, back rooms, and store perimeter
Maintain detailed daily logs of all security activity and incidents
Support emergency response procedures, including medical or law enforcement interactions
Assist with opening and closing duties, including security sweeps
Collaborate with the Host and Retail team to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and act quickly under pressure
Comfortable standing for long periods and conducting foot patrols
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a valid Arizona Facility Agent (FA) Card
