About the Role We are looking for someone who is friendly, tech-savvy, organized, great at multi-tasking, and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers - the ability to make a customer's experience amazing from the moment they walk through the door is everything in this role. The Receptionist is responsible for checking in new and existing customers per Colorado state and MED (Marijuana Enforcement Division) requirements, creating customer profiles, and generally assisting where needed. Colorado MED Badge Requirement Working at a licensed cannabis dispensary in Colorado requires all employees to hold a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee License, commonly referred to as a "MED Badge." This is a mandatory state requirement and is non-negotiable for employment.     We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Retail Representative who shares our passion for providing quality products and an excellent customer experience. The Retail Representative works closely and collaboratively with store leadership and reports to the General Manager.     Colorado MED Badge Requirement

    Working at a licensed cannabis dispensary in Colorado requires all employees to hold a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee License, commonly referred to as a "MED Badge." This is a mandatory state requirement and is non-negotiable for employment.

    All candidates must obtain a Colorado MED Employee License prior to their first day of work, or provide proof of a Conditional Employee License (which allows work while a full background check is being processed)The MED Badge requires a fingerprint-based background check conducted through the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement DivisionThe MED Employee License application fee is $100.00 and is the responsibility of the applicantMED Badges are valid for two (2) years and must be renewed before expirationApplicants must be at least 21 years of age and must not have been convicted of a felony within the three (3) years immediately preceding their applicationApplicants must not be subject to a current sentence for a felony conviction, including probation, parole, or deferred judgmentApplicants who are law enforcement officers, prosecuting officers, or employees of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division or a local licensing authority are not eligible

    Key Responsibilities:

    Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, customers, and visitors

    De-escalate incidents professionally and follow proper documentation protocols
