    We work on the highest profile projects in and around downtown Nashville for brands like The Four Seasons, Hilton, Marriot, The W, Opry, and The Peabody.

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Receive materials on jobsites

    · Inventory and distribute materials on site

    · Follow the daily work plan per your Site Lead

    · Read and follow hardware installation instructions

    · Measure, mark and cut materials to fit

    · Operate nail and screw guns

    · Install specialties, frames, doors and trim as needed

    · Work with other team members to complete projects on time

    · Meet or exceed our high-quality standards

    Requirements:

    1. Be respectful to your teammates.

    2. Do high quality work, always.

    3. Contribute to achieving the daily project goals.

    4. Follow directions from your site Lead.

    5. Ask questions.

    6. Be punctual.

    7. Properly care for the tools of the trade.

    8. Wear your PPE at all times, hardhat, safety glasses, safety vest, work boots. (We will provide the hardhat, safety glasses and safety vest)

    9. Drivers license and reliable vehicle

    Experience:
    - Experience in door installation, carpentry, general construction, welding or a related field
    - Mechanical knowledge and ability
    - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
    - Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
    - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking motivated men and women to join our team of Finish Surface Repair Technicians. Technicians are responsible for repairing and restoring the finish of various surfaces to meet quality standards and customer expectations. This role requires attention to detail, initiative, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work with various materials. Paid on the job training is provided. Employees are subject to occasional night work and travel.

    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    A Trim carpenter works with the trim carpentry crew to install millwork, molding and trim of windows, doors, baseboards, crown molding, mantels and other ornamental pieces. A trim carpenter installs cabinetry and some fixtures as required. The carpenter will generally have an inventory of his own tools. The work involved is physically demanding, which includes bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying, climbing and standing for long periods.

    Ability to properly cut different types of lumber to their appropriate shapes and sizes and fastens same with speed and accuracy

    Ability to work independently and be responsible for precision work

    Ability to use all types of finish carpentry tools , i.e miter, scroll , skill and jigsaw, belt sander, router, electric planer, etc

    Installed products including baseboards, trim, crown, doors, stair railings, cabinetry, etc.
