Looking for a part time line cook, with opportunites of going full time. We want a line cook that can prepare food to the chef's specifications. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the chef with their daily tasks. This will be key role in customer satisfaction and our overall kitchen goals.
Responsibilities
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffAnswer, report and follow the chef’s instructionsClean up station and take care of leftover foodStock inventory appropriatelyEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashionComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersThank you for you interest and looking forward to hearing from candidates.
