    Company Description Jain Law Associates PLLC is a service-driven litigation, general business, subrogation, and commercial bankruptcy firm, representing a diverse range of clients including insurance companies, creditors, debtors, trustees, financial institutions, individuals, and businesses. Our expertise spans trial, mediation, arbitration, asset acquisitions and sales, corporate restructuring, receiverships, and contract negotiation and disputes. We also handle probate and probate litigation matters as well as employment and civil rights matters, ensuring comprehensive legal support for our clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant located in Irving, Texas. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering, screening, and directing phone calls, new client sales and intake, greeting clients and visitors, maintaining a welcoming, clean and organized reception area, conference room and kitchen, and managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages and couriers, and performing general clerical duties such as filing and data entry as well as accounting-related tasks. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will also assist with scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, ordering and managing office supplies, tracking expenses, and coordinating team meetings and events. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service and effective communication with clients, prospective clients, and team members. Qualifications Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Strong Clerical Skills including filing (both paper and digital) and data entry Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize effectively Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office 365 products) and technology Exposure to QuickBooks Online a plus, but not required Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial Associate degree or equivalent qualification Read Less
