We'll train you, set you up for success, and have you working primarily inside Costco locations throughout the Marysville, Lynwood, Everett area, connecting with members and introducing them to our bath remodeling solutions. You'll also have opportunities to represent our brand at local home shows, trade shows, and community events. It's the perfect way to get your foot in the door with a great team!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Be the face of our brand by engaging Costco members and delivering informative, friendly presentations about our bath remodeling products and services.Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and schedule complimentary in-home design consultations for interested members.Represent Jacuzzi Bath Remodel at Costco locations as well as local home shows, trade shows, and other promotional events.Create a welcoming, energetic experience that encourages customers to learn more about Jacuzzi Bath Remodel.Represent Jacuzzi Bath Remodel professionally while interacting with customers across all events and Costco locations.Additional duties as assigned.

    Compensation: $24.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential. Top performers earn $40.00 + an hour.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsibilities for our Project Coordinator:

    Coordinate with Sr. Production Manager and Installation Manager to set the install schedule 4 weeks out.Assist the Installation Managers and Sales Managers in promptly resolving any holds within a 72-hour timeframe to ensure 45 day order to delivery. Place outbound phone calls to customers in preparation for Installation day, reconfirming installation date.Follow up with customers to adjust Installation schedule.Responsible for creating project packets for each installation job; updating completion, revenue and missed revenue. Work closely with local Permit Coordinator to ensure all jobs have proper permits and are approved. Partner with Business Administration Manager to track any changes to orders, payments, or project updates.Manage local project statuses within Salesforce making proper adjustments as needed. Other duties as assigned.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of our Service Technician:

    Responsible for responding to Service and repairs of Jacuzzi bath products must be comfortable traveling and working in customers homes. Strong customer service skills to deal with escalated customers.Strong working knowledge of a broad range of construction and remodeling work to include bath/shower installation.Service calls of all natures which include; Shower/Bath fixture repair, carpentry, plumbing (cartridges, shower heads, handhelds, flooring repair, acrylic wall repairs, drywall repair, etc.Occasional full removal and reinstallation of showers/baths.Manage/maintain tools and product inventory.Assist in building out new trucks for installation team. Help with home show displays, set up and tear down (tear downs are completed on Sunday nights).Flexibility and willingness to assist Installation team as needed. Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements of our Service Technician:

    5 years + of construction/remodeling experience (progressive plumbing, service and shower/bath installation experience)Ability to manage a job site, frequently without assistance.Ability to share feedback and help develop installers to be more effective in their roles and help them to have fewer service callsAble to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and customersMust be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsivenessStrong team playerMust be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situationsEmployee will frequently use iPad and cell phone.
