Jacobs is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, based in El Segundo, CA, to provide direct, day-to-day supervision of maintenance personnel engaged in maintaining process equipment, RHTE equipment, and facility infrastructure at the Edward C. Little Water Reclamation Facility. This position ensures maintenance work is executed safely, efficiently, and in direct support of Operations priorities. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor translates plans and schedules into effective field execution, coordinates closely with Operations, and ensures maintenance tasks are completed as requested to maintain operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and treatment performance. Operations is the customer, and the Maintenance Supervisor reinforces this principle through daily actions and decision-making. Minimum 3-5 years of industrial or municipal maintenance experience, including lead or supervisory responsibilities. Experience in wastewater treatment, water reclamation, RHTE systems, or similar industrial facilities preferred. Working knowledge of CMMS work orders, maintenance documentation, and basic planning concepts. Ideally, You'll Also Have: Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and process equipment typical of a water reclamation facility.
