Board Certified OBGYN
Active Colorado license - required or IMLC with LOQ in hand at time of submission
Active BLS - required for credentialing
Active DEA - required for credentialing
Clean MP/Background - highly preferred
24 hour call (7am-7am)
Setting: Call No Trauma/Not Rated
Required Procedures/Job Duties: General OB/GYN
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: RN
Reason for Coverage: Current locum unable to fill these dates.
Census: Patient population, Adult, Geriatric, Adolescent

One of our partnering facilities is seeking outpatient Neurology locums coverage for 2 weeks per month, starting in the beginning of April and ongoing. The outpatient Neurologist will be required to do EMGs and/or EEGs. IMLC candidates are welcome to apply!
Schedule:
Start: April 6
Coverage needed 2 weeks per month, candidates with 1 week of availability will be accepted
Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday last patient 4pm
Wednesday last patients 3pm then chart review time
Friday last patient 2pm then admin time
One day dedicated to EMG patients
30 minute visits scheduled with flexibility as needed
Scope of Work:
Procedures: EMG and EEG required/highly preferred
Sub-Specialty skills: Epilepsy preferred not required
Patients per day: 15
Georgia license required (would accept IMLC)
Facility Setup and Support:
Neurology clinic next to hospital
Locums will be solo physician

Credentialing takes 60-90 days
