Responsibilities:
*Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner
*Answer phones and schedule appointments
*Handle patient records, insurance verification and billing
*Process payments and assist with financial arrangements
*Communicate effectively with patients, parents and referring offices
Qualifications:
*Prior dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred
*Ability to work independently
*Dependable, punctual and a genuine team player
*Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
*Professional communication style wth patients of all ages
