Landscape ForemenLandscape Crew MembersLandscape Foreman Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate a team of Landscape Crew Members.Understand, interpret, and implement landscape designs as per the plans.Provide hands-on assistance and guidance in the proper installation of plants, sod, hardscapes, and other landscape features.Ensure that the crew operates in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all company policies and safety protocols.Maintain open and professional communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.Complete paperwork and reports in a timely and organized fashion.Landscape Foreman Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in the landscape industry.Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.Proficiency in reading landscape plans and ensuring proper landscape installation techniques.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in outdoor environments.Landscape Crew Member Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the Landscape Foreman in installing and maintaining landscapes.Follow instructions and guidance to execute landscaping plans.Operate landscape tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Landscape Crew Member Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping is a plus, but not required.Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in outdoor environments.Good communication and teamwork skills.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Benefits:
